Yegg1r Publisher is a private tool used by a single person — its owner — to publish his own short videos to his own social media accounts. There is no sign-up, no other users, and no service offered to the public. These terms describe how the owner operates the tool.
The owner sends a video file to the tool, selects the destination platforms, and confirms publication. The tool then uploads the video to the selected platforms using their official APIs and reports the resulting links back.
Nothing is published without an explicit confirmation from the owner for that specific video. The tool never publishes on a schedule the owner did not set, and never publishes content it generated on its own.
All published videos are created by the owner. The owner is solely responsible for that content and for its compliance with the rules of each platform where it is published. The tool does not host a content library, does not redistribute other people's content, and does not download content from other accounts.
The tool uses official platform APIs within the permissions granted by the owner. It respects the settings each platform reports for the account, does not attempt to bypass restrictions, rate limits, or review processes, and does not automate engagement of any kind — no likes, follows, comments, or messages.
Access is granted by the owner through the standard authorization flow of each platform and can be revoked by the owner at any time in that platform's settings. On revocation the tool stops publishing to that platform immediately.
The tool is provided as-is for personal use. There is no uptime commitment, no support obligation to third parties, and no warranty, because there are no third parties using it.

Yegg1r Publisher — частный инструмент, которым пользуется один человек, его владелец, чтобы публиковать собственные короткие видео в собственные аккаунты социальных сетей. Регистрации нет, других пользователей нет, публичной услуги не оказывается. Эти условия описывают, как владелец пользуется инструментом.
Владелец отправляет инструменту видеофайл, отмечает площадки и подтверждает публикацию. После этого инструмент загружает ролик на выбранные площадки через их официальные API и возвращает ссылки на результат.
Ничего не публикуется без явного подтверждения владельца для конкретного ролика. Инструмент не публикует по расписанию, которое владелец не задавал, и не публикует контент, созданный им самим.
Все публикуемые ролики сняты владельцем. Ответственность за содержание и за соответствие правилам каждой площадки несёт владелец. Инструмент не хранит библиотеку чужого контента, ничего не перезаливает и не скачивает материалы из чужих аккаунтов.
Инструмент работает через официальные API в пределах разрешений, выданных владельцем. Он учитывает настройки, которые площадка сообщает об аккаунте, не пытается обходить ограничения, лимиты и проверки и не автоматизирует взаимодействие с людьми — никаких лайков, подписок, комментариев и сообщений.
Доступ выдаётся владельцем через штатную авторизацию каждой площадки и может быть отозван им в любой момент в её настройках. После отзыва инструмент немедленно перестаёт публиковать на эту площадку.
Инструмент предоставляется как есть, для личного использования. Гарантий работоспособности, обязательств поддержки перед третьими лицами и гарантий качества нет, поскольку третьи лица им не пользуются.
