1. What this application is

Yegg1r Publisher is a private, single-user tool that publishes short videos created by its owner to the owner's own social media accounts. It is operated by one individual for personal content distribution. It is not a public service, it has no other users, and no accounts can be registered in it.

3. What data we access

Through platform APIs, and only for the owner's own accounts, the application accesses:

• basic account information (account identifier, username, account type);
• permission to upload and publish video content;
• the identifier and public link of a video the application itself has just published, so it can report the result back to the owner.

The application does not read private messages, does not read followers or contacts, does not collect analytics about other people, and never accesses any account other than the owner's own.

4. What data we store

• Access tokens issued by the platforms. Stored on a private server owned by the operator, readable only by the system account that runs the application. Tokens are refreshed automatically and are never displayed, logged in full, transmitted to third parties, or shared.
• The video file being published, temporarily. The file is removed from the server immediately after publication completes or fails.
• A short operational log: publication time, target platform, resulting link, and error text if publication failed. This is used only for troubleshooting by the operator.

5. Temporary public file access

Some platforms do not accept an uploaded file directly and instead download the video from a public link. For that reason a video may be briefly reachable at a randomly generated address (a 32-character random name) on the operator's server during publication. The directory is not listable, only files with the .mp4 extension are served, and the file is deleted as soon as the platform has retrieved it.

6. What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
• We do not use data for advertising, profiling, or training models.
• We do not collect data about anyone other than the operator.
• We do not process data of minors, because there are no users besides the operator.

7. Retention and deletion

Video files are deleted within minutes of publication. Tokens are kept only while the integration is in use and are destroyed when access is revoked. Operational logs are kept for a short period for troubleshooting and are then overwritten.

8. Revoking access

The owner can revoke the application's access at any time in the settings of the corresponding platform account. Access ends immediately, and the stored token becomes unusable.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this same address with a new date.

Yegg1r Publisher — частный инструмент на одного пользователя. Он публикует короткие видео, снятые владельцем, в его собственные аккаунты в социальных сетях. Приложением пользуется один человек, регистрация других пользователей невозможна, публичным сервисом оно не является.

3. К каким данным есть доступ

Через API площадок и только для собственных аккаунтов владельца приложение получает:

• базовые сведения об аккаунте (идентификатор, имя пользователя, тип);
• право загружать и публиковать видео;
• идентификатор и публичную ссылку на ролик, который приложение только что опубликовало само, — чтобы отчитаться о результате.

Приложение не читает личные сообщения, не собирает списки подписчиков и контактов, не ведёт аналитику по другим людям и не обращается ни к каким аккаунтам, кроме аккаунтов владельца.

4. Что хранится

• Токены доступа, выданные площадками. Хранятся на частном сервере оператора, доступны только системной учётной записи приложения. Обновляются автоматически, никому не передаются и целиком нигде не отображаются.
• Публикуемый видеофайл — временно. Удаляется сразу после завершения публикации, успешной или нет.
• Короткий служебный журнал: время публикации, площадка, полученная ссылка, текст ошибки при сбое. Нужен только оператору для разбора неполадок.

5. Временный публичный доступ к файлу

Часть площадок не принимает файл напрямую и скачивает видео по публичной ссылке. Поэтому на время публикации ролик может быть доступен по случайному адресу (имя из 32 случайных символов) на сервере оператора. Просмотр содержимого каталога закрыт, отдаются только файлы .mp4, файл удаляется сразу после того, как площадка его забрала.

6. Чего мы не делаем

• Не продаём, не сдаём и не передаём данные третьим лицам.
• Не используем данные для рекламы, профилирования и обучения моделей.
• Не собираем данные о ком-либо, кроме оператора.
• Не обрабатываем данные несовершеннолетних, поскольку других пользователей у приложения нет.

7. Хранение и удаление

Видеофайлы удаляются в течение минут после публикации. Токены хранятся только пока интеграция используется и уничтожаются при отзыве доступа. Служебный журнал хранится недолго и перезаписывается.

8. Отзыв доступа

Владелец может отозвать доступ приложения в любой момент в настройках соответствующего аккаунта. Доступ прекращается сразу, сохранённый токен становится непригодным.

9. Изменения

При изменении политики обновлённая версия публикуется по этому же адресу с новой датой.
